We offer Standard International Shipping and Expedited Shipping services.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at support@lockinks.com before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $65 (worldwide, except Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar etc.).

  • Orders below $65: shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options (where available) will be shown at checkout.

Failure to pay applicable customs fees may result in the package being returned, delayed, or destroyed, in which case we cannot issue a refund.

Return & Refund Policy

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.This includes, but is not limited to:

Gags, Ropes, Fetishes And Sex Aids
