Shipping Method

We offer Standard International Shipping and Expedited Shipping services.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted to support@lockinks.com before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

Shipping Time & Cost

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over USD 65 worldwide, excluding certain regions in the Middle East, including but not limited to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

  • For orders below USD 65, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited shipping options, where available, will be presented during checkout.

LOCKINK is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or actions by carriers or postal authorities.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for the shipment pass to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Prices displayed on our website do not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other governmental charges, unless otherwise stated.

The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

LOCKINK does not guarantee that any product complies with the import laws or regulations of the destination country. Customers are responsible for verifying local import requirements prior to placing an order.

If customs charges are refused, unpaid, or if the shipment is rejected by customs authorities, the shipment may be returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed. In such cases, the order will be considered undeliverable and no refund will be issued.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

Customers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

This provision applies to both domestic and international cross-border shipments delivered to EU and UK customers.

Hygiene & Safety Exception – Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of certain products and for health and hygiene protection, items intended to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids are not eligible for return once unsealed or used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Vibrators and dildos
Douche and enema kits
Anal toys, beads, and plugs
Chastity cage devices and prostate massagers
Gags, ropes, fetish products, and sex aids
Lingerie, bondage sets and submissive collars
Slappers and whips
Lubricants, massage oils, condoms, and body paints

All products are shipped in sealed packaging.

Products that remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return within the applicable withdrawal or return period, subject to this policy.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact support@lockinks.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

We may require photographic or video evidence for verification purposes. Upon confirmation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Procedure

All return requests must be submitted to support@lockinks.com prior to returning any product.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Upon approval, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to comply with the conditions set forth in this policy.

Shipping Costs, Return Costs & Handling Fees

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise required by law or where the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

For international returns, additional costs may apply, including international return shipping charges, customs duties, clearance fees, import or export handling charges, and return warehouse processing fees.

Where applicable, a reasonable handling and logistics fee may be deducted from the refund to reflect the actual costs incurred in connection with the return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and international shipping practices.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment service providers.
