SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING METHOD:

We offer Standard International Shipping and Expedited Shipping service.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a customer needs to send multiple orders to more than one address, they must place separate orders and provide each address at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering, Monday to Friday. If for any reason you need to cancel your order or modify your order details, please email us at support@lockinks.com immediately before the order shipped.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days from the day of purchase for a full refund.

As a customer, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only accept returns at the address provided by customer service team. If you send a return to any other address or if you refuse the order upon its arrival, a refund will not be provided.

Sale and promotional items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged during transportation.
