Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

Customers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery.

Hygiene & Safety Exception – Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of certain products and for health and hygiene protection, items intended to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids are not eligible for return once opened or used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vibrators and dildos
  • Douche and enema kits
  • Anal toys, beads, and plugs
  • Chastity cage devices and prostate massagers
  • Gags, ropes, fetish products, and sex aids
  • Lingerie, bondage sets, and submissive collars
  • Slappers and whips
  • Lubricants, massage oils, condoms, and body paints

All products are shipped in sealed packaging.

Products that remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return within the applicable withdrawal or return period.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email support@lockinks.com and include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Return Procedure

All return requests must be submitted to support@lockinks.com before sending any item back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once the return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For international returns, additional costs may apply, including but not limited to:

  • International return shipping fees
  • Customs duties or import taxes
  • Clearance fees
  • Warehouse processing fees

Where applicable, a reasonable logistics or handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount to reflect actual costs incurred.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package from a carrier pickup point, the order may be considered undeliverable.

In such cases, any shipping, handling, return shipping, customs, or processing costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on payment providers or financial institutions.
