Shipping Methods

We offer Standard International Shipping and Expedited Shipping services.

All orders will be shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

For privacy protection, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no indication of the product contents.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted to support@lockinks.com before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

Shipping Cost

  • Orders over USD 65 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • For orders under USD 65, customers are only required to pay part of the shipping cost. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country or region.
  • If Expedited Shipping is selected, a fixed shipping fee will apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Customers will not be required to pay any additional shipping charges beyond the amount displayed and paid during checkout.

Shipping Time

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate shipments.

Delivery Attempts & Pickup Locations

Delivery services may require a successful delivery attempt at the shipping address provided during checkout.

If delivery cannot be completed after one or more attempts, the carrier may redirect the package to a nearby pickup location, parcel locker, or collection point.

In such cases, customers may be required to collect the package from the designated pickup location according to the carrier's instructions.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and collecting the package within the time period specified by the carrier.

LOCKINK is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or actions by shipping carriers or postal authorities.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the shipment will be delivered according to the carrier's delivery procedures.
